WHY THIS NOTICE
This page describes how the site is managed with regard to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. This is an information notice provided pursuant to Art. 13 of European Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) to those who interact with the web services of the site tuttauto-aosta.it, accessible electronically from the address: https://www.tuttauto-aosta.it/.
The information notice is provided only for the tuttauto-aosta.it website. PURPOSES REGARDING NAVIGATION DATA
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s computer environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

Google uses the Personal Data collected for the purpose of tracking and examining the use of this Application, compiling reports and sharing them with other services developed by Google. Google may use the Personal Data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. This integration of Google Analytics makes your IP address anonymous. Anonymization works by shortening the IP address of Users within the borders of the member states of the European Union or in other countries adhering to the agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the IP address be sent to Google’s servers and shortened within the United States.

Your personal data will be communicated to third parties exclusively for needs strictly connected to the purposes indicated and in particular to the categories listed below:
